2. without the baptism record listing a parent, even if we trace a supposed father for this ancestor we might find a probated will listing a John Winter, but we would need an orig. baptism record in the same area of birth as a second source to work the trail.
It's my opinion this lineage ends with this John Winter- can prove his existence, but not parentage.
