Paulos Monomachos - Father

The Medlands link doesn't identify the father of

Феодосий Мономах

It states there were two brothers whose parents are unknown and lists Theodosios as one of those brothers. The other is just listed as --- Monomachos but doesn't name him as Spiros Monomachos.

Where did the info for their father come from? I just want to be sure I have the connections correct in my personal tree.
