Preserving family records

Getting concerned of preservation of records. After nearing half century concentrated family research snd having been given, I trusted, with records by others nest or at centurion age what to do. All will be lost trashed burned whatever. Letters by thousands, all deceased by now. Bibles dating from Rev War on some with letters documents stories pictures, genealogies, etc. most I have in data bases shared and found on all sites. But many volumes of personal histories I had no time and will never have time to record at all. Information no where else available to anyone.

Some of library I need to sell very valuable viz 7 vol set original Hinshaw Quaker records Heiss Indiana records and volumes of records books histories. LDS copied some on microfilm. Books lots fun interesting from 1600s onward. A few specific sur names such as Hiatt. Bales/Beals. Dearing. McGhee etc.

Ideas? I’ve given some even rare old to Basset County historical society. Are thousands of letters full of information salvageable. If only could find way to get unrecorded out to data base.
