Magdalena Printz-Lounderback (Bentz) - Mary Magdalena Louderback's birth date

I have been trying to nail down Mary Magdalena Louderback's birth date. This March 4th, 1754 date is the first definitive date I have come across. Does anyone have a source for this date?
In the 1850 census, she is listed as 97 years old. I have been using 1753 as her birth year because of this. I realize however that her age could have been reported incorrectly.
