Sir Robert Osborne - Information about this line!

TO THOSE WHO COME FROM THIS LINE OF OSBORNE.

First of all I have been working on this line of the Osborne family in comparison to Chicksands, Bedfordshire, The 1st Duke of Leeds, Richard Osborne, b. 1593 1st baronet of Waterford, Ireland.

1. They are all related and to this line of the Osborne family as well.

2. I have viewed the Crested Heraldry Coat of Arms of the Osborne branch. Basically the same as the Duke of Leeds, But the cross is engrailed, and the Motto is the same PAX IN BELLO.

3. This branch is an older branch of the Osborne which is related to the Duke of Leeds. Came from Kelmarsh, Northamptonshire SOURCE: Visitations of Northamptonshire. Two separate pages in the book. The next generation comes out of Doddington. The descendants are in St. Ives.

There is also a Richard Osborne married a Dayrell/ Darrell, I am not sure if he is the son or the father of Richard Osborn that married Jane Derehurst. Jane Derehurst's father is Thomas Derehurst, Esq. of Fille Court, Gloucestershire that married Ann ____.
