JOHN WEST petitioning this Court that he might have order to survey a certain tract of land in this County containing ninety four acres bequeathed to him by the last will and testament of RICHARD COX deceased, being a part of the dividend whereon he lived. It is therefore ordered that Capt. GEORGE COOPER Surveyor survey and lay out the said land according to the will of the said deceased, the said WEST giving notice to the neighborhood according to Act and that the same be performed sometime between this and the next Court.
