It looks like the Gedcom uploads threw in extra parents.
In any case, I'm trying to find more info that is correct for this Maria. Ancestry is showing:
Name Maria Magdelena Dysli Birth 1691 Muri, Aargau, Suisse Death 2 August 1750 South Carolina, South Carolina, USA Spouse Martin Fridig Mother Anna Hitz Children Gabriel Fridig
but doesn't list her father. Some trees on Ancestry have her father as Jost Dysli Birth 1663 • Wynigen, Bern, Switzerland
I'm not sure the Niklaus Dysli listed as her father is correct, in the absence of documentation, because on Ancestry his daughter of the same name is shown with a different husband:
Magdalena Dysli Marriage 21 May 1835 Grafenried, Bern, Switzerland Spouse Johann Carl Fluri Father Niklaus Dysli
As you'll notice, she was obviously born much later than the Maria Magdalena Dysli who married Martin Fridig. So I think there is some confusion among same-name folks who may be related but are clearly different.
If anyone has additional info and hopefully some documentation, please share, and I appreciate the help.
