Middle names for Coenraad Stols?

Please may I re-open this question :

Why has Coenraad Petrus Stols been given the baptism date of the child baptised with the names Coenraad Theodorus Cornelis Stols?

I think it would be good to find out when and why this happened. There were originally 2 separate profiles, but these have been merged.

I'm keen to know why.
