In 1921 Silas Arthur Emes was living in Beaverton, Ontario in the Township of Thorah with his wife and daughter. Families in Beaverton either lived on a street or lived on the waterfront. The Emes family lived on the waterfront so the word "Waterfront" appears in the census. The transcriber of the original record misunderstood the entry and entered "Waterfront" as the name of the township. This is inaccurate. Beaverton is in Thorah Township. I have cited the 1921 census as an accurate source for Silas Arthur Emes but I am unable to correct the inaccuracy within the printed transcription of that 1921 census. Because of the inaccuracy should I remove the 1921 census as a source?
