Hello Everyone, hope all is well. I looking for my REID CONNECTIONS. True, the Reid name is common. But my grandma Mehetabelle Reid (her mom was Susan Ambrozine Reid and Susan's mom was Frances Elizabeth Huie or spelt Hine because of transcription error. There were 2 family members who were present at her wedding by the name Alexander Spence and Mary Chambers. Frances was Scotish and married Alexander Reid. Alexander and Frances had children: Lewis Laurence Reid, Robert Shaw Reid, William Alexander Reid, Elizabeth Frances Reid married name Vincent, Susan Ambrozine Reid and Alexander Reid not sure his middle name or his dad's middle name either.) said anyone whose name is spelt Reid and is from JA we are related. I am trying to find info on Alexander Reid also. I can' t find his parents don't have any connections or know who is related to him. The Reids are from Trelawney and Welcome and Haddington, Hanover and Springmount and Springfield, St James. So if you can share what you have i'd be so greatful to you. Please email me if you can.
