Sir Francis Henry Dent, CVO - Removal of title "Lieut-Col"

I have removed the title "Lieut-Col" for the following reasons:

1. I dislike all abbreviations - they are non-standard (Lt.-Col., Lt-Col, Lieut-Col etc.), sometimes vary per country (United States: pte UK: pvt for Private)

3. While I haven't checked for a military record, there appears to be no official record of his or news reporting use of a title "Lieut-Col" before the "Sir".
