Is the Egyptian god Horus also the Ancient Pharaoh Scorpion I? I ask this because the information in Horus' About Section refers to Scorpion I and not to Horus?

The below links say Narmer's ancestors may have been demigods, suggesting that one of his ancestors could be Horus? Also, the third link (book) says Narmer claimed to be a demigod after taking the name Menes. Perhaps Narmer claimed that his father was Horus?
