I do not think that someone did take a DNA sample of Izjaslav Ingvarevych Prince of Dorogobuzh Rurik Dynasty, but if you have enough DNA samples of living persons you can caculate or construct a virtual DNA profile.

It's hard to be sure of anything that far back, the sample must be good, the bones must be reliable to be of the right person in question, the one doing the test must avoid to contaminate the result, it's a long chain that needs to be unbroken.

Taking sample on living people is also not a guarantee that it reflects reality, for every generation there's 1% chans that another man was the father than the one registered.
By crossmatching other individuals (relatives) it's possible to determind one common ancestor in the line back in time, and also to find people who didn't have the correct stipulated fathers,
By time, and due to testings, it will be easier to draw conclusions, about what is most likely right, but 100% sure, it will probably never be. In order to be sure, we would have to test the bones from the 1300's century people, father, son, and grandson,have them fit eachother, and be of such a good criteria that the conclusion is true.
