William Bean of Northumberland Co., VA. came over in 1652 and is the line
that the TN. Beans descend from.
The other William came over much later. He is said to have married a
Margaret, but we don't know his children, which would include the father of
the William who is the father of Elizabeth. William was b. ca. 1634 and
married Margaret ca. 1655 or before and died in late 1600's. The only one
that most researchers have as his descendant until we get to William Sr. is
John Bean, b. ca. 1687 and Lydea.
