After reading through the replies here, I think I have a better understanding of your intention than I did when I posted my initial comment yesterday.
Opal, is it your intention to make the point that his wife, Berenguela, should be the only rightful "spouse" listed?
Everyone who is descended from Alfonso IX, whether through his sanctioned marriage (which, btw, was also annulled by the pope because they were second cousins) or through other partners, is a rightful grandchild and has as much of an interest in knowing their lineage as those who comes through the bloodlines of the union with this wife. It would be historical erasure to not include them.
