According to the Konskowola marriage record of Hinda Lerche to Dawid Hersz Kuperberg, in 1898, Hinda's birthplace is listed as Konskowola. This seems inconsistent with the facts. Her family comes from Lublin, and her brother, Yitzhak, was born there in 1861, about 7 years before her birth. According to one record, she apparently left her husband to join her father in Lubartow, some time after the birth of her youngest child, Yitzhak Kuperberg in 1912. Lubartow lies a short distance from Lublin.
Lublin is the likely birthplace.
