Elizabeth Cleypoole is the sister of Adam Cleypoole that married Dorothy Wingfield. SOURCE: Visitations of Northampton.

She is my 10th great Aunt, double related to me.

Her husband John Osborne is also a double relative to me. And he is from the line of Sir Peter Osborne 1442 and Lady Eme Essex Bourchier 1444. Through their son Richard Osborne & Ann Caeston/ Cawston-- then Richard Osborne and Elizabeth Coke-- then through Peter Osborne Keeper of the Privy Purse and Ann Blythe to John Osborne 1563 and Elizabeth Cleypool. She was never Lady Duncombe or Grante. There is an Elizabeth Osborne who married Edward Duncombe, who is related to her as an Aunt of her husband.

You have over 250 people that failed to supply any sort of a SOURCE to prove that Elizabeth Lady Duncombe Grant Claypool is even related.

I believe that the information is WRONG!

In the Visitations of Bedford There was an Elizabeth Cleypoole/ Claypool that married a John Osborne. This John Osborne was from Cranfield, Bedfordshire, England. Elizabeth's parents owned Cleypoole/ Claypool Manor in Northborough, Northamptonshire.

Claypoole/ Cleypoole is in the Visiations of Northamptonshire.
