Nancy Ann "Nanny" Fowler Was Not a known child of Phebe Tucker & Nathaniel Tucker

Nancy Tucker who married Joseph Fowler in VA was born aft. 1737 in VA, was NOT the daughter of Nathanial Tucker and Phebe Chase. Phebe died In MA 1730. Joseph would have made a 40 day trip to find a MA female to marry. Not long after I started my search for ancestors in 1969, an experienced old gentleman gave me this advice: Before there were planes. trains and automobiles, people usually married someone within 10 miles (2 hours by horseback).

Jim is THE best and he has been on Geni and left and came back when I asked him about uploading/connecting his DNA here but unfortunately the DNA integration was down for so long.
