This is NOT the poet in James VI court of 1581. That William Fowler’s father’s name was John and his mother’s name was Janet Fockart. The poet William Fowler was not born in this location and did not die there. That is why the birth date is wrong.
This William Fowler must have been born before 1538, when his mother died.
