I have Nathan linked to Wolf Hirsch Neftelberger as his parent. I cannot completely confirm this but German records show two children linked to Wolf Hirsch Neftelberger. We found on Nathan's death certification his father's name is "John". We found 1 Brooklyn Street Book (published after 1880) with John Neftelberger living at the same address as Nathan Neftelberger. No records found of John Neftelberger arriving to America or death record. Mystery. My hypothesis is that Wolf Hirsch might have had children with his first wife (We think is Gutel Joseph) and Nathan and Rachel are the offspring of that child. I have not found any records on who Wolf's first wife's name yet.
