Hi everyone. I can't find any information about Tepper (or Teper) family of Kishinev. I only know that Rukhl Tepper (about 1840-50) was the daughter of Shimon Tepper. I have some Tepper matching by DNA but they don't have much information. Rukhl was married to Averbuch family. Both families were very religious and probably one of the families was related to Rabby Ben Sarrah.
