John Herr is my 3rd great-grandfather. I know his mom's maiden name starts with an S, and John's middle initial is well-documented as an S, but I think Shearer is not his middle name. No evidence I can find proves that. I would go in and edit it, but cannot due to being locked. If you could change his middle name to "S.", or find a source that proves his middle name is "Shearer", that would be appreciated. Thanks! 😀
