Thank you to each & everyone of you who have supported the Patriots of the American Revolution project (and other related projects). Almost 30,000 Patriots have been identified & have a place in our tree. Today, especially, I want to thank you for your efforts. God Bless!

Faustine

Faustine Darsey thanks to you, it's a pleasure, I tell you that the father of my great-great-grandmother (Matilde Beazley Oyuela de Kelsey) was Robert William Beazley Brandon (1790), a descendant of Beasley, his grandfather was William B. Beasley who fought in the war of independence of the United States of America, I know that William B. had 3 men and 1 woman, the oldest man was John Beasley and I understand that he also fought in the war of independence but the dates don't match me... and of the three brothers I don't know who the father of my great-great-grandmother's father is...incredible!

Faustine Darsey on hiatus - I remember when we hit 20,000 Patriots. So cool to make it to 30,000. Thank you so much.

Thank-you for teaching me about this process. Your leadership skills are excellent.

Thanks for the kind words! Still adding Patriots even today! Thanks to everyone who is participating! I would really like to start a project for DAR appoved Female Patriots the list of them is growing long and something I plan on devoting time too!! I personally have so far 14 Patriot Grandfathers.
Regards Christina!

We currently have 353 female Patriots of the American Revolution identified in our project. I was amazed at that number. You can do a search just clicking on female in the filter. That is impressive.

Also, I copied part of this list from the DAR database. You can search birth / death locations from other countries. I am especially interested in the (Spanish) Galvez Expedition that helped settle Louisiana. My first husband's family goes back to Louisiana and my kids may have Spanish ancestors. If you need help doing searches, let me know. I know a few words in German / Spanish but not enough to go through old court records in Louisiana.

Also I would like to thank Private for his amazing efforts to add hundreds of DAR Patriots of the American Revolution to the geni.com tree. I appreciate his help so much and many descendants are the beneficiary of that effort.

Hi, I'm fairly new to all this, and have only been on this site a few months. So far, my wife has 22 Patriots as her direct ancestors, and my daughter-in-law has 9 Patriots. As I'm plinking around, these profiles were 'magically' there. I hadn't stopped to think about the time and effort involved in this discovery of our heroes. I must add my Thank You for your dedication and passion for making these resources possible, and so easily accessible.

Thank you Private User you just made my day!
