it is unknown when Zelda's husband was nifter. All we know, it was when feish of nyirtass the first toshe rebbe was a young boy. They lived in josefsdorf, today's josefov about 45 km north from the cemetery near drmoul where Zelda's matzeive was found, witch was noticed only a couple weeks ago by accident while someone searching for something else.
A photo received from another organization cataloging cemeteries in czech/Bohemia, has the photo shot dated to 2011, so it was there waiting to be noticed with today's online search tools helping out.
We now learn from the year of Zelda's matzeive that the first tosh rebbe ztz"l was 18 years when his mother past away while he was traveling the borders between Bohemia Slovakia Ukraine hungary looking for a yeshiva.
There are about 10 other cemeteries closer to their hometown josefsdorf, some totally cleaned from any tombstone with a Monument for its memory others in very poor condition. The drmoul cemetery also originally had about thousand matzeivos before the war and close to 700 after the war. Now after many lootings there is about three hundred left. Her husband Mordeche's kever could have been in any of these cemeteries. Between Zelda's kever and the next kever there is a empty space.
Will keep looking.
Thank you so much for your informative reply. It's precious to have the picture of the matzeiva I recently discovered it on her page..(on the photo it seems though that there's another matzeiva right next to it; whose is it?)
But I think that if the Tosher Rebbe was born 1821 and his mother was niftar 1834, then he was only 13 at the time. and it's possible she was niftar soon after he left. Note: was nine years old, three years younger than our Zeide R Avrum Lowy, when they escaped Russia.
It's ashood that the matzeive of his father can't be located to verify who his father was, as we recently decided that R; Mordche was an uncle of Reb Yaakov (father of R Avrum Filipsher Lowy), being R; Mordche was R Yitzchoks brother.
According to the toshe rebbe He lived about 1816 to 1873.
There isn't much to make out of this theory but by pinpointing her kever from a cemetery map, To the right of Zelda Löwy is Libus Epstein and 2nd to the right is Dr. Isaiah Doktor
On the left is an empty space.
As the story goes, a brother a doctor from Vienna shows up in nyirtass a day after the toshe rebbe ztz"l is nifter.
Who was this brother?
to first toshe rebbe's wife mindel.
The text on Zelda's stone is on her profile.
Looking for her father R' Mordeche Löwy's resting place may be in other parts Bohemia than in the Karlovy Vary Region.
Although his son left Bohemia from their residence in josefsdorf and his mother rests in drmoul, there is a letter from the toshe rebbe ztz"l (1873) where he signs his name "פייש סג"ל ממדינת בעהמען".
there is a sefer that came out in sziget in 1901 in German yiddish called יידישע ביאגראפיע where it says:
יאהר תרכ"ה (1865), הה"ג הצדיק מו"ה פייש רב אין טאש. ער וואר געבירטיג פֿאן פראג. זיין לערנען אונד עבודת הבורא וואר מיט איינעם זונדערבארעם אייפֿער...
So there you have Prague as a possibility.
This website is a treasure trove and the source of all the information about the matzeivos in Durmol. They have documented 340 cemeteries around the region of Bohemia and Moravia.

a few years ago I searched for my family originated in Bohemia, I searched for the town Kuttenplan (today: Chodová Planá), in the records of 1793 I came across a Family of Veith (פייש) Low/Lowy (B. 1773), his wife Theresia, 1. Sohn Isack, 2. Sohn Markus (this maybe Mordechai), 1. Tochter Lia, 2. Tochter Sara, 3. Tochter Rickl
also in the Cemetery i found the grave of דרעזי אשת ר' פייש סג"ל לעווי
Chodová Planá / Kuttenplan is a very close town to Drmoul
How do you get the information that Zelda Lowy Maiden Name was Freidlander?
you can email me for the picture and the records
HGh"K R Meshilem Feish was probably born in Prague, the jewish kvartel was called Yosefs-stat, the town of today Yosefsdorf, was at the time of his birth still not established, and I searched the Family books, no Lowies lived in this area, and very few Jews, also we know he first learned at the Yeshive in Prague of haguen R Shmuel
Dr. Isaiah Doktor is the ancestor of Rabbi Isaac Mayer Wise, . See the article I wrote at https://schoenblog.com/?p=1140
