Appears to be Tom Laster born in Alabama and cannot be the child of
Martha Frances Laster and John Calvin Laster

If he is thought to be the son of John Calvin Laster and an unknown African American woman, please discuss--- Tom is mulatto and was born in Alabama per the 1930 and 1940 census. I have not found him in earlier census.

Can a curator assist/facilitate?

If I were you, I'd try messaging the manager. But if they don't respond, keep in mind that that whole branch isn't connected to the World Family Tree, so it might make sense to just ignore it for now.
