Problem with John Scott's two wive - They lived at the same time having children at the same time.
According to DAR records, he married Rebecca Ervin Gregg Gordon Cunningham. Only noted child was son John Ervin Scott.
Wives are noted as Elizabeth Scott and John Scott, Jr. on the profile. I can't find much of anything on Elizabeth..
DAR records indicate Rebecca and he had a son John Ervin Scott. Not sure where John Thomas Scott comes from. Looks like a tree import and may need more sources. Trying to find them, but the Scott family is a confusing mess in Williamsburg and across SC.
Please advise on wives of John Scott and situation with son.
