Is there any documnetation for her parents?
Asking because I'm a Vann descendant and a descendant of this person is a DNA match for me on Ancestry, but Ancestry shows her only as Nancy Vann who married Josiah Stephens. Most have her husband as Josiah Joseph Stephens, not Josiah Donne Stephens. So, there is not agreement on all the details.
My DNA match has her father as Luke, as listed here on Geni, but other trees have her as a daughter of James Vann and Mary Christina / Wah-Li (Wawli) 'Polly' Otterlifter. But when I Google to find better evidence of her parents, most sites like Wiki and other genealogy sites don't list her parents at all.
