Hello, is there experts in Latvian/Livonian genealogy, who could help me find some more information about this person Georg Friedrich von Wiesen , I am not sure where he is born, maybe Riga or East Prussia? But as being working as Rigaischer Ordnungs-gerichts-commissair, one would think there should be more information of him somewhere in Latvian archives? I have asked from Latvian State Historical Archive and got the answer "we would like to ask you to specify what information you are interested in, because the Latvian National History Archives has suspended the acceptance of thematic and genealogical research requests for an indefinite period since 1 November 2020" "We regret there is no possibility in our archives to locate persons according to their family names." any help is welcomed, because I am totally in a brick wall with this.
