There are conflicting ancestral trees for Geertje Gerrits Gerrits Stolker , and sadly I have not been able to locate anything incontrovertible -- all of the information appears to be from mere trees on other sites.
All the trees that I found list the same names of Geertje's father, Gerrit Ariens Stolker . However, while the name of her mother is exactly the same across the trees, Crijntje Dirks Dirksdr Boer 's parents are listed as Dirk Segeromse Boer and Maria Jans van der Hoek , while the parents of Geertje's other mother Krijntje Dirksdr Boer are reported as Dirck Aertsz Boer and Geertje Nannings Boer . From the different trees, it also appears as if the birth dates of the two Krijntjes are at least a decade apart, although this is also unconfirmed by primary sources.
Anyone who can shed some light on the contradictions? In the interim, I suggest that this merge that Ard van Bergen did on Geertje Stolker's profile be undone and to allow the two different trees to exist side by side until we can have some clarity.
