James Anderson Johnston - Trying to find James Anderson Johnston's father

I do not have any info on his parents. Familysearch and MyHeritage have no parents listed either that I see. If you are on Ancestry, you can check others trees. Any direct line males who have done a DNA test? Just some ideas but if I come across anything, I will let you know
