Can anyone say why I get this Message Message "You don't have any family news yet. Build your tree to see their updates here." when logging onto Home Page
I cannot see any of my activity and when I click the link words "Build Your Tree" it takes me to my Tree window and does not show my recent activity.
If I click on the "Revisions" Tab I can see the revisions done after waiting for a long while.
I have tried this on several computers and it does it on all the computers when I log onto my profile.
So it is NOT my computer.
I have checked my Profile Settings and under "Notifications" all the tick boxes are ticked to receive all categories of notifications.
Under "Recent Activities" all the options are ticked - so as to allow the Activities and Updates to appear on my Home Page but that does not help.
I have asked John Sparkman (Curator) to see if he can discover why and when he views my profile after logging in the same problem occurs.
It must be linked to my specific Geni User Profile - I am NOT a PRO user.
Any suggestions are welcome to Anneleedewit@gmail.com and Sparkman@Mweb.co.za with screen shots if you know how to correct it please.
