Willard would have been my first cousin twice removed. His mother Emma Brodie Trenholm was my dads grand aunt, sister to his grandfather Colon Brodie. I have been trying to find what became of Willard. I last traced him to a family who adopted him. He was living with Hervey (Henry) and Caroline Parker in Boston in 1900 as their adopted son. In may of 1891 there is a record of his name change from Willie Willard Trenholm to Willis Trenholm Parker, decree place was MA and he was living in Boston at the time. When his parents got married, Emma was already 7 months pregnant with Willard. They seemed to have given him up between 1881 when he was born and 1891 when his name was changed to the Parkers.
