The Klonimos family is a very large family that has had marital ties between the various branches of the family, and this makes it very difficult to research about the family.

According to Wikipedia (I attach the link in Hebrew) the family originates from Luka, and from there they emigrated to Magneza in Ashkenazi.

The heads of the family were
Moshe ben Klonimus and his two sons (Klonimos ben Moshe and Yekutiel ben Moshe).
