How do I change the birthdate or keep the information on my family tree when merging? I merged Rodney Bell with another person's file, and it kept their information. I am Rodney Bell's son and am in a better position to know his birthdate and age than others! It seems silly that a distant cousin is in control of the information on a close relatives file.
