Rabbi David Segal HaLevi , Ta"Z , Turei HaZav

Apparently, people have added on to the TaZ tree BUT were not careful. Names repeat themselves in different generations and the additions in the wrong generation has created bad loops where the same people are their own grandparent etc.
How can we fix this?
Yehuda Lieb Steinberg
Basically TaZ 1586-1667 had a
son Rabbi Shmuel 1645-1715 who had a
son Rabbi Yehuda Leib Steinberg d. 1747 who had a
son Rabbi Shmuel Steinberg who had a 3 sons (son Dov Ber, and unknown son who was the great grandfather of the listed Prague Branch) and a
son Rabbi David Steinberg who had a
son Rabbi Shmuel Steinberg who had
son 1 Betzalel Steinberg
son 2 Benyamin Zev Steinberg of Volava
son 3 Yehuda Tzvi Steinberger whose son was Benyamin Zev Steinberger
