Erica Howton -- I assume you're asking if I see a technical problem? It looks like the mugshot field was locked last week; you have to hover over the upper right corner of the mugshot to unlock it.

I just updated her birth place (locked it when done because I cited it) and death place fields, but otherwise I haven't worked on this profile. Will try to find a death record now and get it added.

Since she was born in Washington, I've tagged her to this photo. Not locking -- you're the curator.

FYI:

Death location is an issue. Data field says Virgil, Cortland County, New York; "About" says Colonie, Albany County, New York; FindAGrave says Collins, Erie County, New York.

Something is wrong, or changed by Geni. I’ve never had this issue before on unlocked MPs.

FYI i took off the MP and now I see no photos capacity, I think? Because solely managed?

There's no photo showing because Melissa removed the tag on the one I had tagged to it. I'll re-add it to confirm everything's working as normal.

...and just as I did that, we now have a new image showing, which is a Photoshopped portrait of a European noble, with watermark from another website.

So now I'm re-locking the MP to prevent a revert war. Melissa, please stop fighting us -- we're trying to help you.

Then of course it shouldn't be on Hannah's profile, as it is your mother, not Hannah.

And you did not buy the license, as https://turnmeroyal.com/pages/terms-of-service is exceedingly clear that you can't, and that Geni and other websites cannot republish their images.

I'm not going to get caught up in an image revert war. You filed a help ticket, so Customer Service will respond to you.

The image does not represent Hannah, and I will not re-add it as the default because even aside from obvious licensing issues, it is misleading and manipulated. You could own the entire Turn Me Royal service and the image would still be inappropriate for the way you're trying to use it.

You can and should contact misconduct@geni.com to tell them that you feel I'm being unfair, but I'm not going to discuss this further.
