I have never found a record that shows his middle name was Janse except in the “find a grave” write up. His birth record show his name as Teunis.
The date shown as his birth date is really his baptism date.
The baptism record shows the surname as Barheit

More then likely You won’t find a record Mr Ellsworth. It’s a translation.
Meaning translating into Dutch the word John. In looking back in biographies the word John favoring Cornelius word for his father was used. So I used it. In parentheses the word “John” was used for Janse. Noting there are many Janse in the family line.
