In 1801, her father was with she & her husband in Norderhov and listed as Poul Knutsen, 82. https://www.digitalarkivet.no/census/person/pf01058270000303

In her christening record on 21 Dec 1771, she is listed as the daughter of Paaval Knuds. Buresja? & Ane Olsd.

Poul Knudsen Burasja? & Anna Ols. Flaaten? were married 4 Dec 1749 in Norderhov.

So I'm wondering where the Jean Catle Jean connection is as records connecting Poul as the father of Maria show him as son of a Knud? I know Maria & Ole Dille named a son Jens Katteljons Dille and their daughter Johanne also had a son with that name.

Sorry error for names on marriage, Anna Olsdatter. Was hard to read and the writer split up the datter part but can be seen in other records on the page too.

Xstensen is short for Christensen.

Marriage: Poul Knudsen Bure Ejer og Anna Ols Daatter.

Paul, Paavel, Povel, Poul are just different spellings of the same name, it is common to find different spellings of names in different sources. You shoul use tha name at christening as his main name since that is genealogically correct and that lastname should be written in the Lastname field. You can leave the field "Lastname at birth" empty/blanc.
