Coral Mary Ridling - Coral's birthdate

Coral was born on July 21 1928. I knew her from visiting Leys Institute Library as a four year old.

Later I worked in the Social Sciences Department with Coral as my manager from 1977 onwards .
I was one of Coral's girls but it was always Miss Ridling at work. When she retired we were permitted to call her Coral.
Coral was a wonderful friend, mentor, teacher and support.
I remember afternoon teas at home on Sundays and playing croquet on the back lawn.
