Mary Annis Parker /Creek, Cheraw, Meherrin is Roberts sister ..does that make him Meherrin too?

The party sharing their tree from her line would say that the line from Mary to him stayed in the native community; so, it is like that age old question, what makes one native and the answer is usually involving community involvement; so, short answer is yes, but not in the community.
