Mariah was given a middle name at birth but since she is known simply as Mariah as a celebrity, it is not included in her display name.

I looked it up. Her middle name is Angela.

No she does not her mother gave her a stage name I been a lamb since 1912 and even have her memoir which she mentions me and my kid in it and her christmas book. Mariahs mother named her a stage name first and last name only and she also named her Mariah after paint your wagon the musical and she named her carey after her dad alfred of course *sunflowers for alfred song :)
