Research note 16-Nov-2021 (Kimberly Green):
• Contacted the Woodruff AR county clerk office by telephone. They do not have birth certificates earlier than 1920. Directed me to contact the Arkansas Health Department.
• Contacted the AR Health Department, Woodruff County Health Unit - Augusta by telephone. They also did not have records earlier than 1920. Directed me to the Vital Records Genealogy department, to a telephone number which did not work.
• Located the Arkansas Dept of Health Vital Records Online Service and attempted an online request using the little known information (full name, birth date, county). Web form replied back with error "We do not have records that far back"
