William and Mary are my 8th great grandparents and after years of research William's parents are not proven in any records that I have found
This Henen Bett and William Scott had other children. It's certain that William b/ 1672 had brothers George and Thomas.. There have been several Scott DNA matches but without a good paper trail. Thomas Alford Scott was born in England matches and his line goes back to George Scott and Margaret Rowley had sons George b/ May 27, 1672, and William b/ 10 May 1679. Believe this William married and died in England.
