When I look up ancestors on my mother's side of the family, Geni regularly reverts to my father's side, often showing "no blood relationship." What's up with that? Is there a way to choose my mother when looking up her ancestors?
A second part to this question: I have written to Geni about this and other things, but no one ever responds. Is this normal? I have paid plenty for this service, so I expect a response, even if it is not what I want to hear. ???
