Hello Wilbert,
Are you saying you match YDNA (DNA Test) with a known Savage? Or are you just referring to
"Sir John Savage II, of Clifton is Wilbert Lee's first cousin twice removed's wife's nephew's wife's father's wife's 13th great grandfather!"
If you are referring to the later, then you are only related through married or "in-law" related. If you want to know more about the Savage's then you could start here.

Wilbert Alonzo Lee you are my very close cousin. I do not understand why Geni is not connecting you with. You are actually double connected to me. Geni flips back and forth from my Dad's path to my Mom's path and will often default to the closer of the two. You have to be mindful of the switch and look at the paths of both of my parents. This is what I do. Probably not what a trained genealogist would do to achieve the same result but then again, I am just doing what makes sense to me. SMILE. I have a close family blood match to every name on your list. except Kent. I have not found that one yet but I am sure I will. Cousin Nessa

Wilbert A Lee click the blue button below where it says "you may be related other ways" and if you are related other ways it will come up. Geni is not responsible for doing anyone's family research. This is a family "World" tree and we all work together. There is only one way to confirm and that is to have a confirmed DNA match with a KNOWN relative. Preferably MTDNA or YDNA. It is too far down the line for auDNA pretty much.
Sir John Savage is related to Vanessa Brooks. I am sister of Bernard Brooks (deceased)
Unaware...I married a Fletcher. Felton Maurice Epps. His mother is a Fletcher. His grandmother Missouri Zu Williams is also my grandmother. Apparently Mamie Williams and Missouri Zu Williams are close related. When I DNA tested my son Damon Epps. all the matches started crisscrossing.
It now appears I am triple related to Sir John Savage II of Clifton (Mother side, Father Side and Ex Husband side Eppes/Fletcher). Wilbert Alonzo Lee is related to me through Williams and Miller and Martin (Jamaica portal. I am adding close relatives to Ancestry now and will transfer to Geni tree when I add Aunt Cora. Was waiting for cousin Sondra to come onboard Geni with her DNA.
I am a match with Michelle Savage also. I will see if I can map to you from that profile. Also we both match with
W.E.B. Dubois. I have mapped my profile back to Port au France. See if you can get a match.
Both of us match with Rihanna. Barbados. Once you get a Blood match expand the relationship path and start at the bottom and match with each person on the list so Geni stores a path for you. Remember to click "follow". Geni will remember. It's a lot of work but it will pay off quickly.
When you get a Blood match to me click "follow", drop the relationship bar and walk the path of each person. Remember to click "follow" each time so Geni remembers.
I have a few more relatives where I see we both connect so just let me know when you want a few more.
