Can someone help me figure out how to delete the "Add father" box from Elizabeth Nelson (Burwell's), my 7th great grandmother's, tree?

Her parentage is known, but somehow that came over when merging profiles and I have no obvious way of deleting it.

I was able to resolve it.

How I did it:

Edited Elizabeth Nelson and loaded the relationship tab. Deleted the parental relationship to her mother & unknown. That left the correct parental relationship to her mother and Colonel Nathaniel Burwell.
