Cyrus Franklin McAlister is my deceased grandfather. I was the last child of his son Martin Elijah McAlister. Cyrus went by the second (Frank). Because he was buried in Texas, confuses some researcher. Grand pa Frank McAlister died in his 50's while not living long in Texas. He is buried in the Cemetery of Richards, Texas. His four sons came back to Texas to move Franks wife, ( Cynthia Arminda Elijah-McAlister) to Douglas Co., Washington where some of these boys lived.
