I cannot find any record of the death date of the father (except family trees) so I am removing it at this time.

Well I cannot do that because it is locked.

A quick search using FamilySearch as a source indicates that Elizabeth's Father was Col. Richard James Ferris Sr. it lists his date of birth as 1596, in London Middlesex England and he died in Henrico County Virginia British Colonial America on 07/23/1679. This makes more sense as his listed children Richard Ferris Jr, Mary S Ferris, and William were also born after he died. If you agree please update his profile as the fields are locked.
