Many have copied "Hopkins" from an old guess that hasn't panned out. There are no records of her maiden name. We don't know exactly where or when she was born.
We know she is not the daughter of Stephen Hopkins of the Mayflower. She would have been 7 when he wrote his will and she's not there. All his other children are that match the list of Governor Bradford.

Find-a-Grave has a maiden name for her but appears to have been copied from an undocumented "source". A "source" is not the same as a
contemporary record or document. GEDCOM is a "source" but far from accurate many times.
