Richard Todd - Are there any sources for the parents?

Before I merge, I want to know if there are any sources for Thomas Todd and Margaret Bald Todd as parent?

Family Search has William Todd, Jr. https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/K6H5-Q64 with 12 sources, but I am skeptical of connections and Elizabeth Hodgson https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/K465-XDX with 2 sources.

Not sure that either are correct. But before a merge, wanted to prompt discussion.
